Meet Our St. Louis Eye Doctors:
Dr. Mike Antoine graduated from the State University of New York, State College of Optometry, in 1985. He has been affiliated with LensCrafters at the St. Louis Galleria since 2001. Dr. Antoine is a member of the American Optometric Association, MOA and SLOS. He is also active in InfantSEE, a nationwide organization dedicated to the vision of babies 6 to 12 months old and their ocular health. Dr. Antoine enjoys making a positive difference by helping his patients with their eye care needs.
Dr. Antoine lives in the area with his wife JoAnn and their two labradors, Sadie and Lacey. In his spare time he enjoys tennis and gardening.
Dr. Shannon Niere, earned her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2016 at the University of Missouri – St. Louis College of Optometry. Prior to that, she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in physiology from the University of Arizona.
Dr. Niere focuses on comprehensive eye exams, specializing in fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses, as well managing eye diseases. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Missouri Optometric Association, the St. Louis Optometric Society, and the American Academy of Optometry.
A native of Gilbert, Arizona, Dr. Niere currently lives in the Richmond Heights area. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dog, Lucy, and exploring St. Louis.
